Procedures

To create this reel, I started by designing a logo in Adobe Illustrator. I used the Shape Builder tool to join a couple of circles, giving the logo a cloud-like effect. I then added a book icon and included the text “The Mindful Student” to represent the page. Next, I moved to Adobe Express, where I selected an Instagram Reel template and customized it by adding and adjusting text to align with my goals for the post. After that, I exported the design and added a few animations to bring the image to life. Finally, I included calming audio that complemented the video’s purpose before exporting the final version.
